PRIVACY STATEMENT 3RD LEVEL SPORTS

This is the privacy statement of: 3rd Level Sports, located at Elandstraat 447, 2515 RN, The Hague, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number: 27325413. For questions or contact, you can email rico@3rdLevelSports.com.

Where we refer to ‘personal data’ in this privacy statement, we mean the information you provide to us about yourself. For example, your name, email address, and phone number. You provide this information entirely voluntarily.

Purpose of processing and storing personal data. Your personal data is used solely to inform and contact you for the purpose for which you filled out the relevant contact form. The composition of the requested personal data is adjusted per form so that we do not ask for or store information that is not relevant to the purpose for which you provide your personal data. Providing your personal data is entirely voluntary. We distinguish 5 types of personal data that we process on this website:

Information request: Most forms on the website are intended to inform you about a specific (fitness) program, rates, offers, or a specific question you have asked. Each form describes what information you will receive. The requested data is limited to name, email, and phone number to reach you for the requested information.

Membership advice: If you want to know which membership or program suits you best, we need a bit more information than just your name, email, and phone number. We ask you to voluntarily answer a few questions regarding your goals, wishes, and expectations for a membership. Your contact details combined with these answers are used solely to inform and advise you about the most suitable membership.

Introductory appointment: Both an information request and membership advice can be followed by an invitation to schedule an introductory appointment online. If you decide to do this (voluntarily!), your personal data will be used to confirm the appointment time you have chosen via email/phone/sms.

Newsletter: You may sign up for the newsletter. This always happens through a mandatory double opt-in. After signing up, you will periodically receive the newsletter by email to keep you informed about the services and general information regarding 3rd Level Sports.

Registration form: We may also use a registration form where we ask for more personal data than just name, email, and phone number. The registration form is intended to give you the opportunity to become a digital member/customer of 3rd Level Sports and complies with all relevant legislation. After registration, we will contact you by phone. You always have the right to cancel your registration within the legally stipulated cooling-off period. After receiving the data, we will contact you by email, sms, and/or phone to provide you with the requested information.

Duration of storage of personal data Personal data is not stored longer than strictly necessary. For all regular contact forms (purposes 1, 2, and 3 as described above), data is deleted 12 months after provision. We are then sure that there has been sufficient opportunity to inform you about the purpose for which you provided your personal data. For a newsletter subscription, we store your data as long as you are subscribed; you can unsubscribe at any time via a link in the newsletter. For an online registration form to become a customer/member of our company, we store your personal data for the duration of the membership to fulfill the agreement. This also applies if your data has been deleted from the information and/or newsletter database in the meantime.

Security Your personal data is safe. The entrusted data is secured using technical and administrative security measures to minimize the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration. This includes firewalls, data encryption, secure connections, and physical and administrative access controls to the data and servers

Provision of personal data to third parties To make the information you requested accessible, 3rd Level Sports collaborates with third parties. This includes a website manager, hosting party, automatic phone connection, newsletter system, and administration software. A so-called Processor Agreement has been concluded with all involved parties. This agreement ensures, among other things, the security and timely deletion of your personal data.

Right to access, rectify, withdraw, or delete personal data We would like to point out the possibility to request access to, rectify, withdraw, and/or delete the personal data we have stored about you. To do this, send an email to rico@3rdLevelSports.com.

The right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority If you disagree with the privacy statement described above or the way we handle your data, you have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority. Dit is de privacyverklaring van: 3rd Level Sports gevestigd aan de Elandstraat 447, 2515 RN, Den Haag en met KvK-inschrijfnummer: 27325413. Voor vragen of contact kun je mailen naar rico@3rdLevelSports.com.

Waar we in dit privacyverklaring verwijzen naar ‘persoonsgegevens’, bedoelen we de informatie die jij aan ons verstrekt over jezelf. Zoals bijvoorbeeld je naam, e-mailadres en telefoonnummer. Dat doe je geheel vrijwillig.

Doel verwerken en opslaan persoonsgegevens. Jouw persoonsgegevens worden uitsluitend gebruikt om jou te informeren en contacteren voor hetgeen waarvoor je het betreffende contactformulier hebt ingevuld. De samenstelling van de gevraagde persoonsgegevens is per formulier zo aangepast, dat we jou geen informatie vragen en/of opslaan die niet relevant is voor hetgeen waarvoor jij je persoonsgegevens achterlaat. Het achterlaten van jouw persoonsgegevens is per definitie volledig vrijwillig. We onderscheiden 5 typen persoonsgegevens die we op deze website verwerken:

Informatieaanvraag: veruit de meeste formulieren op de website hebben als doel jou te informeren over een specifiek (fitness)programma, de tarieven, aanbiedingen of een specifieke vraag die je zelf hebt gesteld. Per formulier staat beschreven waar je informatie over zult ontvangen. De gevraagde gegevens beperken zich tot naam, e-mail en telefoonnummer om jou te kunnen bereiken voor de gevraagde informatie.

Lidmaatschapadvies: wil je weten welk lidmaatschap of programma het beste bij je past? Dan hebben we iets meer informatie nodig dan naam, e-mail en telefoonnummer. We vragen je om, vrijwillig, antwoord te geven op een aantal vragen met betrekking tot jouw doelstellingen, wensen en verwachtingen bij een lidmaatschap. Jouw contactgegevens in combinatie met deze antwoorden worden uitsluitend gebruikt om jou vervolgens te informeren en adviseren over het best passende lidmaatschap.

Kennismakingsafspraak: zowel een informatieaanvraag als lidmaatschapsadvies kan worden vervolgd met een uitnodiging om online een kennismakingsafspraak te maken. Als je besluit dit te doen (vrijwillig!), dan worden jouw persoonsgegevens gebruikt om het door jouw gekozen afspraakmoment te bevestigen per e-mail/telefoon/sms.

Nieuwsbrief: het kan zijn dat je jezelf aanmeldt voor de nieuwsbrief. Dit gebeurt altijd middels een verplichte dubbele opt-in. Na het aanmelden ontvang je periodiek de nieuwsbrief per e-mail om jou van de dienstverlening en algemene informatie rondom 3rd Level Sports te voorzien.

Inschrijfformulier: het kan ook zijn dat we gebruik maken van een inschrijfformulier waarin we meer persoonsgegevens vragen dan naam, e-mail en telefoonnummer. Het inschrijfformulier dient ervoor om jou de kans te geven digitaal lid/klant te worden van 3rd Level Sports en voldoet aan alle wetgeving op dat gebied. Na inschrijving nemen we telefonisch contact met je op. Je hebt altijd het recht om je inschrijving te annuleren binnen de wettelijk bepaalde bedenktijd. Na ontvangst van de gegevens zullen wij vervolgens per e-mail, sms en/of telefoon contact met je opnemen om je te voorzien van de gevraagde informatie.

Duur van opslag persoonsgegevens Persoonsgegevens worden niet langer opgeslagen dan strikt noodzakelijk. Voor alle reguliere contactformulieren (doel 1, 2 en 3 zoals bovenstaand beschreven) geldt dat gegevens 12 maanden na verstrekking gewist worden na verstrekking. We zijn er dan zeker van dat er voldoende gelegenheid is geweest om jou te informeren over hetgeen waarvoor jij je persoonsgegevens voor hebt achtergelaten. Bij een nieuwsbrief aanmelding bewaren we jouw gegevens zolang jij ingeschreven bent, je kunt je ten alle tijden zelf actief afmelden via een link in de nieuwsbrief. Bij een online inschrijfformulier om klant/lid te worden van ons bedrijf, bewaren we jouw persoonsgegevens gedurende het gehele lidmaatschap om uitvoering te kunnen geven aan de overeenkomst. Ook als jouw gegevens tussentijds verwijderd zijn uit de informatie- en/of nieuwsbriefdatabase.

Beveiliging Jouw persoonsgegevens zijn veilig. De toevertrouwde gegevens worden met beveiligd met behulp van technische en administratieve veiligheidsmaatregelen om het risico van verlies, misbruik, onbevoegde toegang, openbaarmaking en wijziging zo klein mogelijk te maken. Hierbij kun je denken aan firewalls, versleuteling van gegevens, beveiligde verbindingen en fysieke en administratieve toegangscontroles tot aan de data en servers.

Verstrekking persoonsgegevens aan derden Om de door jou aangevraagde informatie toegankelijk te maken, werkt 3rd Level Sports samen met derde partijen. Denk hierbij aan een website beheerder, hostingpartij, automatische telefoon connectie, nieuwsbriefsysteem en administratiesoftware. Met alle betrokken partijen is een zogenaamde Verwerkersovereenkomst afgesloten. Via deze overeenkomst is o.a. de veiligheid en het tijdig wissen van jouw persoonsgegevens gewaarborgd.

Recht op inzage, rectificatie, intrekken of wissen van de persoonsgegevens Graag wijzen we je op de mogelijkheid om op verzoek de door ons opgeslagen persoonsgegevens in te zien, te rectificeren, in te trekken en/of te laten wissen uit onze database. Het recht om een klacht in te dienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens Ben je het niet eens met het hierboven omschreven privacyverklaring of de manier waarop wij omspringen met jouw gegevens?
