I started 3rd Level Sports from my passion. My passion to help people with their vitality; body, mind and soul. After 20 years of working in the corporate, international companies as Recruitment Manager, I felt I needed to change my life and do something purposeful. I started my journey combining my passion for sports with my experience with coaching people. Starting to helping people on 3 three levels.

When I ask people what is more important in life, work or your health? Of course it’s health.
Yes indeed! But then, they tell me it’s difficult to find time for a workout, because they are too busy for work..

That’s where I see that also contribute. To help people putting their health first.
